April 20th, 2021
The official record of proceedings of the second regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of April was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded. The meeting was also streamed live.
Council member Ottley led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.
Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members Tim Lynch, Tib Ottley, Evan Perkes, David Welling, Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling.
Staff members present at the start of the meeting were: City Attorney, Dennis Boal; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym: Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; City Engineer, Dean Barker; City Clerk, Diane Harris; Director of Parks and Recreation, Scott Ehlers; and Police Chief, Jon Kirby. Community Development Director, Rocco O’Neill was excused. A group of interested citizens were also present.

Council Comments
Council member Perkes remarked that he had seen the scooters around town and how great that is. He reminded everyone to be careful on them.
Council member Welling commented on the resignation of one of our Police Officers and retirement of one of our Community Services Officers. He thanked them for their service and wished them well.
Council member Sellers recognized and thanked the Department Heads for the great job they do.
Council member M. Welling and Mayor Williams reiterated the previous remarks.

The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on April 20, 2021 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming and via an online Zoom Meeting. Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Mark Anderson and Commissioner Brent Hatch were present. Also present: Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk.
