Edward “Ed” Keith Oliver, 94, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 20. He was born on May 24, 1931, in Moorcroft, and grew up on a farm in Gates, Oregon.
After graduating high school, Ed was drafted into the U.S. Army and served honorably during the Korean Ward. Following his service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Forest Engineering.
Ed is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Loretta (Lori), daughters Michelle Martin and Stacy Brewer, and his brother, Jack John Oliver.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 20, at the Evanston City Cemetery.
