The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on March 15, 2022 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston. Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Brent Hatch and Commissioner Mark Anderson were present. Also present: Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk.
Agenda
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve the agenda amended to include Callie Perkins with a contract, McKinna Brinton with an agreement, Amanda Hutchinson with two additional items, Commissioners with a board appointment, a letter of recommendation, and remove the ARPA Grant Funds topic. 3 yes votes, passed.
Retirement Presentation
The Commissioners presented Kim West with a plaque, expressed their appreciation for his work over the past 38 years, and wished him well on his retirement.
FY22 Budget Amendment No. 2
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve Resolution 22-02 FY2022 Budget Amendment #2 as presented by Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk. 3 yes votes, passed.
WIC Lyman Office Lease
Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve the Dept. of Health (WIC) Lyman office lease for $100.00 per month as requested by Hutchinson. 3 yes votes, passed.
Cyber Security
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve an application for cyber security coverage with the County’s property insurance as presented by Hutchinson. 3 yes votes, passed.
Cyber Security Grant
Motion Hatch, second Anderson to approve a grant agreement for cyber-security when it becomes available pending the following stipulation: state approval; review and approval by Loretta Howieson, County Attorney; and a minimum award of $100,000. 3 yes votes, passed. Youth Ag Program

Wyoming Health Fairs MOU
