Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Uinta County School District No. 1, UCSD#1, 537 10th St., Evanston, Wyoming 82930-2931 hereinafter referred to as “owner”, will receive sealed bid proposals for the Evanston HS Domestic Water Piping Replacement Project, 701 W Cheyenne Dr, Evanston, WY 82930.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing domestic water piping with new. Removing existing galvanized domestic water piping and disposing of it per local, state, and federal codes. Replacement of two boilers and the existing domestic hot water tank with new. Ceiling and walls are to be removed and reinstalled for access to all domestic water piping in the building. Seismic requirements are required for the installation for the domestic hot water piping

Steps

Step Three – On the left side of the page find the project that you are interested in and click on the project name.
Step Four – Across the top will be a tool bar stating, “view plan holders, download project pdf, addenda and view plans.” To download the RFP documents, you will want to click on “download project PDF.”
Step Five – Once you click on “download project PDF” you will want to click on the “join” button. It is here you will fill out all your companies’ information which will be added to the plan holders list and you will receive the RFP documents.
CLARIFICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF BID DOCUMENTS OR REQUEST TO USE ALTERNATE PRODUCTS
Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Brett Sandusky (bsandusky@catorruma.com) with Cator Ruma, & Associates, with a copy sent to Jaraun Dennis at jdennis@uinta1.com. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than May 10, 2021. Notice is hereby given that Western Wyoming Food Cooperative consisting of Sweetwater County School District 2, Sweetwater County School District #1, Lincoln County School District #2, Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County School District #4, Uinta County School District #1, Sublette County School District #9, Sublette County School District #1, Teton County, and C Bar V Ranch and have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFpl) to Food Service Distributors to provide food and non-food for the 2021- 2022 school year.

CALL FOR BIDS
Notice of Call for Bids is hereby given by Uinta County for a general contract to perform site operations and maintenance at the Evanston #2 Landfill. The landfill is located at 3132 County Road 108 north of Evanston, Wyoming. The time period for this contract is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025. All work shall be in conformance with the permit issued to Uinta County by the State of Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste Division (DEQ/SHWD), for the operation of this facility.
A Bidders meeting followed by a tour of the Project will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on April 29, 2021 at Uinta County Complex, Commissioners Conference Room, 225 9th Street Evanston, Wyoming. Notice is hereby given that attendance at the Bidders meeting is MANDATORY for all prospective bidders. Uinta County will reject bids submitted from any bidder who failed to attend the Bidders meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize all bidders with the various aspects of the Work and to allow prospective bidders to ask questions concerning the Work. The bidders meeting, however, does not relieve bidders from the responsibility of familiarizing and informing themselves of the extent and character of the Work as required by the Contract Documents. Questions may be directed to the Solid Waste Coordinator outside the bid tour; however, they must be in writing. The Solid Waste Coordinator shall respond in writing, sharing the request and response with all plan holders of record. No questions received after May 10, 2021 shall be answered.
All bids shall be opened and the total of each bid read on May 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Uinta County Complex Commissioners Meeting Room, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the bidder who, in the opinion of Uinta County Commission, is the lowest and most responsive bidder.
Uinta County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in same. Nothing in this document guarantees award of a contract once the bids are opened. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with Uinta County, whichever occurs first. Opened bids shall be available for public review after the contract has been finalized.
Uinta County further notifies all prospective bidders or proposers that this bid is being let in accordance with: Wyoming Statutes § 16-6-101 through 16-6-103, 16-6-111, and 16-6-201 through 16-6-206 which provides for preferences for resident Contractors and laborers; and Wyoming Statutes § 35-11-1209 which provides that Uinta County shall not issue a contract unless the bidder meets certain eligibility requirements.
