Please be informed that on Monday, May 2nd at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing request pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.
CP 137 A request by Matthew Asay for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached accessory building to exceed 60 percent of the footprint area of the principal building and to allow the total of all accessory buildings to exceed 75 percent of the footprint area of the principal building for property located at 105 D Avenue, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E).
