Please be informed that on Monday, January 4th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.
CP 78 A request by Brandon Lewis with Myers Anderson Architects, PLLC, representing Evanston Child Development Center (ECDC), for a Conditional Use Permit to expand an existing land use by constructing a new larger building for ECDC to occupy on property located at 336 Summit Street, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Public (P). The existing building, presently occupied by ECDC, is proposed to be removed from the site. (Section 24-42 C.)
