Please be informed that on Monday, December 6th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.
CP 119 A request by Rocky Mountain Sign for a Conditional Use Permit to allow proposed signs for Champion Services to exceed the maximum allowable sign area for property located at 1009 Front Street, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Regional Business-Established. (Section 24-94 D. (2))
CP 121 A request by Don and Kim Prazma for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached accessory building to exceed 60 percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint located at 304 and 310 Ottley Drive, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E). The applicant is proposing to combine two lots into one lot, construct a new single-family residential dwelling, and use an existing building, that was previously proposed to be constructed as a residential dwelling, as a detached accessory building. HE 123 A request by Don and Kim Prazma for a Height Exception to allow a detached accessory building to exceed the maximum height limitation of 25 feet for properties located at 304 and 310 Ottley Drive, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E). The applicant is proposing to combine two lots into one lot, construct a new single-family residential dwelling, and use an existing building, that was previously proposed to be constructed as a residential dwelling, as a detached accessory building. NOTICE OF ACTION TO APPOINT WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE
NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to W. S. §1-38-105, that Wanda Kay Williams has instituted an action to be appointed as the wrongful death representative to investigate and prosecute a claim for the death of Frederick Lee Williams who died August 22, 2021.
Any person claiming to qualify under W. S. §1-38-104(a) may intervene in this action as a matter of right.
1-38-104. Factors for determining wrongful death representative
(a) In appointing the wrongful death representative, the court shall determine the person who will best represent the interests of the potential beneficiaries of the action as a whole.
(b) In determining whether the best interests of potential beneficiaries as a whole will be served by appointment of the wrongful death representative, the court shall consider:
(i) The familial or other relationship of the person making application to the decedent;
(ii) The interests of the person making application in relation to the interests of other potential beneficiaries as a whole;
(iii) Actions taken to secure appointment as the wrongful death representative and to protect the interests of all potential beneficiaries;
(iv) Such other factors as the court deems relevant.

Pursuant to provisions of the Wyoming Industrial Development Information and Siting Act and Siting Rules and Regulations, Notice is hereby given that Broad Reach Power LLC., filed an application with the Wyoming Industrial Siting Council for construction of a solar project, Lincoln Solar 1, located near Cokeville, in Lincoln County. The applicant proposes to construct a solar energy facility to produce up to 80 megawatts of energy. The project components include photo-voltaic panels, racking, wiring, inverter units, collector system, substation, metering and control house. The project is located on 430 acres near the town of Cokeville, on private land in Lincoln County. No federally managed lands are located within the project area. The 20-month construction schedule is anticipated to commence in March 2022 and be completed in December 2023. Construction manpower is anticipated to peak at 250 workers during July 2022. The Council will consider the applicant’s request for a Permit pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act (W.
