Notice is hereby given that Target Logistics Management LLC has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a temporary Workforce Hub to be constructed and operate in an Agricultural / Resource / Development (ARD) Land Use District. The subject property is in Section 23, T15N, R120W East of the City of Evanston and adjacent to Interstate 80.
A public hearing on this application will be held by the Uinta County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, Evanston, Wyoming.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2nd day of June, 2026, Maria Lowham, filed an Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property and Mineral Interests seeking an establishment in the name of the Sheila Faddis Lordi Revocable Trust, dated August 26,2015, of the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Section 20, 21, 29 and 31 of Township 16 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M. in Uinta County, Wyoming, and mineral interests located in Section 13, Township 16 North, Range 121 West, 6th P.M. in Uinta County, Wyoming, as both are more particularly described in the Application.
If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the applicant will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in them all right, title and interest in and to the above described real property.
