Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Department of Transportation has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming and Avail Valley Construction-WY, LLC, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number PEG2431 in Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton and Uinta Counties, consisting of salt/sand stockpiling work and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on March 18, 2025.
The date of the first publication of this Notice is February 5, 2025.

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done for, or any material furnished to Tanner Development LLC for the construction of Shades Brewery Gray Shell Project located in Evanston, WY you are hereby notified that the City of Evanston, Wyoming has accepted as completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the City of Evanston and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the construction of the above, and that said contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.
You are further notified that upon the 11th of March 2025, being at least 41 days after the first publication of this notice, the City of Evanston will pay the full amount due under said Contract; and in the event that your claim is not filed with the City Clerk of said City prior to said 11th day of March 2025, the same shall be waived.
