SEALED BIDS for construction of asphalt pavement improvements will be received by the City of Evanston, until 2:00 pm., March 27, 2025, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.
MATERIALS INCLUDE: Approximately 17,200 square yards of milling plant mix pavement, 8,800 square yards of removal of surfacing, crushed base placement, reconditioning and grading, 3,460 tons of hot plant mix, and miscellaneous items.
WORK DESCRIPTION: Milling plant mix, removal of surfacing, base reconditioning, surface preparation, placement and compaction of hot plant mix pavement, and temporary traffic control on residential streets within the City of Evanston.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so and reserves the right to waive any formalities as provided by law.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
