“I’m proud of the girls — we keep talking about the process of where we want to ultimately be, and now that girls are healthy, we’re getting close,” said EHS head coach Tera Lawlar. “We’re getting the team out on the court, and it’s starting to happen for us. They can feel that they’re starting to come together as a team, so now the focus has shifted – before, it was trying to get everyone healthy and able to play together; now, they’re seeing some snippets of greatness, and they’re excited about what they can do. The bar has been raised, and they’re giving themselves another challenge.”
