INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS
Uinta County is seeking proposals for repair of floor drains and installation of concrete at the Road & Bridge shop located at 1249 East Service Road in Evanston, WY. Total concrete is to be replaced is 6" X 6' X 230 linear feet with floor drains centered in that.
This project will require an on-site inspection prior to proposal submission, pre-submittal meeting will be held at the above location on December 20, 2024 at 10am. Project specifications will be released at that time. Contractor must comply with the Wyoming Preference Act; carry required insurance, and all city and state licenses.
Proposals need to include schedule and completion time to based on a purchase ok given by 1/7/2025.
All proposals must be submitted by 12/27/2024 before 5 pm at county clerks office to be considered, county will review all proposals at 9am on December 3oth, 2024 at Uinta County Courthouse maintenance department Uinta County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Enbridge Gas Wyoming (Enbridge or the Company) to pass on a wholesale commodity cost decrease of $3.24532 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after September 1, 2024.
The Company’s proposal results in a decrease of $21.64 or 23.61% before taxes in the monthly bill for a typical residential customer using 6.67 Dth.
Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 26 allows a utility to pass on to its customers known or projected commodity cost increases or decreases on a dollar for dollar basis, subject to public notice, opportunity for hearing and refund.

Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest, or request for hearing must file with the Commission in writing, on or before December 19, 2024.
