The Uinta County Board of Commissioners is requesting rodeo arena lighting proposals from firms interested in providing design, engineering, and installation services. Services needed include design, construction plans, engineering stamps, installation and complete construction of the lighting for the revised arena at the Uinta County Fairgrounds, 122 Bear River Drive, Evanston, WY. Lighting poles, fixtures, and systems will need to meet all safety protections required by current Wyoming code. Construction will begin in spring of 2023

And Final Settlement
To all persons, firms or corporations who have any claim for any work completed for, or any material furnished to SCI Inc., for the construction of the Union Center Power Conduit Project 2023 located in Evanston, Wyoming. You are hereby notified, that the City of Evanston, Wyoming has accepted as completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the City of Evanston and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the construction of the above, and that said contractor, is entitled to final settlement therefore.
You are further notified that upon the 27th of April 2023, being at least 40 days after the first publication of this notice, the City of Evanston will pay the full amount due under said contract; and in the event that your claim is not filed with the City Clerk of said City prior to said 27th day of April 2023, the same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 15-1-113 (h), Wyoming Statutes.
