thence running westerly along the north boundary of said SE¼NE¼ a distance of 200.0 feet; thence running S. 53°40’ E. a distance of 248 feet; more or less, to a point on the east boundary of said Section 10; thence running northerly along the east boundary of said Section 10 a distance of 148 feet to the place of beginning.
If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the applicant will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in them all right, title and interest in and to the above described real property.

NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the City of Evanston has accepted as completed all work on the 18th, 19th & W. Summit Water Replacement Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the City of Evanston and Kilgore Companies LLC dba Lewis & Lewis, Inc. of Rock Springs, WY and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is December 20, 2023 and the date of final settlement will be after January 3, 2024.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the City of Evanston prior to the above published date of final settlement.

Invitation to submit proposal
Uinta County is seeking proposals for the removal of all stone facing, repair of substrate, and installation of new tile facing on the exterior of the Lyman library located at 129 S Franklin Street, Lyman, Wyoming. There will be a mandatory onsite tour of the project on 1/10/2024 at 10:00 am.
