Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, State Construction Department has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Groathouse Construction, Inc., for the work performed for construction and renovation, Bid #0148-C, at the Wyoming State Hospital in Uinta County, Wyoming. The Department has accepted the work in Phase 3 as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on January 20, 2022.

To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done or for any materials furnished to Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 for the 2021 Dust Suppression Project (CM 20304) located in Uinta County, Wyoming.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners has accepted as completed, according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between Uinta County, acting through said commission, and Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc. 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 for the 2021 Dust Suppression Project (CM 20304).
You are further notified that upon January 12, 2022, being forty-one days after the first publication of this notice, the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will pay to Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc. the full amount due under said contract and in the event your claim is not filed with said commission prior to said date of January 12, 2022 the same shall be waived.

The Evanston Housing Authority (“Property Owner”) hereby provides notice to Aaron Betts (Renter) of the following with respect to the above-referenced property:
You are further notified that Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1210 states:
Upon regaining lawful possession of the rental unit following termination of the rental agreement, the owner may immediately dispose of any trash or property the owner reasonable believes to be hazardous, perishable or valueless and abandoned. Any property remaining within the rental unit after termination of the rental agreement shall be presumed to be both valueless and abandoned. Any valuable property may be removed from the residential unit and shall thereafter be disposed of as follows:
(i) The owner shall provide written notice to the renter in accordance with this paragraph, describing the property claimed to be abandoned and stating that the property shall be disposed of after seven (7) days from the date of service of the notice if the renter or his agent does not, within the seven (7) day period, take possession of the property or notify the owner in writing of the renter’s intent to take possession of the property. The notice provided by the owner under this paragraph shall be deemed served:
(C) On the date the notice is published in a newspaper published in the county or widely circulated in the county where the residential rental unit is located.
(ii) If the owner does not receive a written response from the renter within seven (7) days after service of notice under paragraph (i) of this subsection, the property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property;
(iii) If the renter responds in writing to the owner on or before seven (7) days after service of notice under paragraph (i) of this subsection that he intends to take possession of the property, the property shall be held for an additional period of seven (7) days after the written response is received. If the renter fails to take possession of the property within the additional fifteen (15) day period, the property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property.
The owner is entitled to payment of storage costs for the period the property remains in safekeeping plus the cost of removal of the property to the place of storage. An owner shall be allowed reasonable storage costs if he stores the property himself or actual storage costs if the property is stored commercially. Payment of storage costs shall be made before the renter removes the property.
The owner is not responsible for any loss to the renter resulting from storage.

Notice is hereby given that effective December 7, 2021, a vacancy has occurred on the Board of Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, Evanston, Wyoming. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute section 21-3-108, and Board Policies Section BBE, the Board of Trustees is seeking Qualified Electors who wish to be considered for appointment to fill said vacancy until the next election of school district trustees. Inasmuch as the unexpired term expires in December 2024, the position will be filled only until the next general election in November 2022 at which time the appointed candidate may run for office.
Qualified Electors are citizens of the United States who are bona fide residents of Wyoming and of the District, have registered to vote, and will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the appointment. Request for Proposals – Athletic Lighting Football Field
The Uinta County School District #1 (UCSD #1) is seeking proposals for replacement of existing lighting to LED Athletic Lighting Field Project for Evanston High School. The proposal will include all necessary equipment, material, labor, drawings, permits, insurance, and supervision required to perform the project. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon the bidder’s ability to successfully implement potential energy saving projects as deemed cost feasible and cost effective by the UCSD #1, and the contract agreement between the district and the successful bidder must recognize that contingency. No offer will be considered that does not provide a serious and reasonable proposal to the solicitation.
Throughout the lighting renovation process, the Vendor must prove the ability to perform all engineering, design, construction, project management, and financial capabilities to perform this project. The awarded Vendor will provide the UCSD #1 a turnkey proposal to include training on installed equipment/systems. The school district seeks an agreement that allows it to work with the selected Vendor to adjust quantities and/or scale back or cancel the project entirely as needed based upon funding availability and/or the best interests of the District.

Proposal Delivery
The Uinta County School District #1 reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be canceled or re-bid.
