On Nov. 13, the project coordinator of Scottish Stained Glass reached out to update us on the progress of the stained glass windows being restored for Union Presbyterian Church. At that time, they had started to create the build plans and categorize all the materials.
We recently received another update stating the windows are going into the soaking, cleaning and production cycle. One window has completed this process and is ready for building, while another is already in the building phase.
In order for the windows to be installed properly, the weather must maintain a constant temperature of 40 degrees or above. Therefore, we are now looking at a spring completion date. We will continue to provide updates as received.
Again, the Union Presbyterian Church would like to thank our wonderful community for their support in helping us to realize the restoration of our stained glass windows to all their splendor.
