Philip Wayne Kennedy

Philip Wayne Kennedy was born Aug. 19, 1942, in Appleton, Wisconsin, the son of Wayne and Gertrude Kennedy. He was raised on the family dairy farm in Wisconsin.

Philip married Mary Ella Guild on June 14, 1968, in the Salt Lake Temple.  Together they had six children and 16 grandchildren. Their life took them on many adventures including to Alaska, Utah, Wisconsin, Idaho, Washington and Wyoming.

He passed away Monday, May 29, at Family Tree Assisted Living in Morgan, Utah. 

Survivors are his wife, Mary Ella; children, Ellen, Nathan, Susan, Sarah Jean and Alan Kennedy and their spouses.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Randon; and brother, Richard. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 5, at the Elm Street chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 251 Elm St., in Evanston. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 4, at Crandall Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services at the church.
