Michael Mark Moore passed away unexpectedly in Green River at the age of 46.
Mike was born in Rock Springs on Jan. 22, 1980.
A celebration of life will be held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building located at 201 Sage St., in Evanston.
