Peggy Lynn Marshall, 64, went to heaven Friday, May 10, at Evanston Regional Hospital.
Peggy was born March 1, 1960, to Thomas R. Marshall and Dee Ann Heward Marshall in Evanston.
She learned to navigate the challenges of deafness, making many friends along the way. She loved her cats and dogs, spoiling them all. She enjoyed crafting with driftwood, sewing and she was a great cook. She enjoyed camping, fishing and floating the Snake River with her family and friends.
She was often able to see things others couldn’t; a hummingbird nest comes to mind.
She is survived by her mother, Dee Ann Heward Marshall; sisters, Jo Anne Mentaberry, Bonnie Gay Whitesides (Christian) and Elaine Wolthfarth; brother, Scott Marshall (Vicky); and many nieces and nephews.
Peggy is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Marshall; and her special friend, Doug Holmes.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
