Kip Darran Largent

Posted

Kip passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 3, in his home in Rock Springs.

Kip was a fun loving man, who was always down to have a good time. He was a genuine and caring man with a heart of gold whose laugh would light up the room.

He enjoyed family time and being outdoors. Kip loved camping and fishing and spent the majority of his free time in the mountains with a fishing pole in his hands, rock hunting or sitting by a campfire. He loved animals and usually had a canine companion nearby.

Kip was a devoted father and grandfather, spending as much time as possible with his son and grandkids. His grandchildren were the light of his life. Many fond memories were made of them camping, catching their first fish, learning to change a tire, or simply snuggling them on the couch watching cartoons.

Kip is survived by his parents, Carter and Iris Largent; his sisters, Linette Iorg and Collette Johnson; his son, Brigg Largent; daughter-in-law, Nikki Largent; grandchildren, MartiAnn Largent and Olly Largent; his adopted children,Alyssa Stensock and Cameron Largent and their children Jocelynn, Chloe and Jace; his bonus daughter, Tayler Sadd and her husband Colby, and their children, Conner, Addison and Rylie; his nieces and nephews, James, Jordan, Dakoda, Jade, Skye, Hailee, Josh, Jessica, Levi, Newt, Dusty, Mckenzie, Ashley and Tyrell; his great-nieces and -nephew,Addison, Rylan, Symbri, Daxton, Brooks, Briar and Holland; and the many other children who called him “Grandpa.” He is also survived by too many friends to count, including longtime friends Scott and Diana Martin.

He is preceded in death by his older brother, Allen Largent.

Kip will be sorely missed by all.
