Kelly Dean Orton was born May 2, 1979 and passed away on Sept. 23, 2019. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandfather. He is survived by his father, brother, grandmother, a niece and nephew, aunts and uncles and many cousins. He will be missed. A future service will be planned.
