Keith Lerry Faddis passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, at his home in Evanston.
Keith was born March 7, 1965, in Evanston, to Lerry and Sharon Warner Faddis.
He is survived by his three children, Falicia Watkins, Patricia (Chris) Messinger and Tyrel (Stephanie) Faddis; his girlfriend, Jodi Jensen; mother, Sharon Faddis; brothers, Weldon and DeWayne; sisters, Brenda and Shauna; and eight grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Lerry; uncle, Larry Warner; uncle, Kenny Warner; and grandpas and grandmas.
Keith loved to go duck hunting with his faithful dog. Animals and children loved him and he will be missed greatly.
Cremation has taken place.
