Debra Fae Moore-Wiitala, 61, passed away Feb. 3, 2023, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 14, at the Bear River Ponds Community Center and Pavilion. Food will be served following the service.
