Our dear loved one, Debbie, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, Feb. 5. She was a light to so many people in this world and will be greatly missed by more people than we could begin to imagine.
Debbie was known for her generosity, as her home was an open door to those who needed a place to go — always. She had a warmth about her, a light that surrounded her that all those who met her could feel. Deb was quick to smile and had a contagious laugh that could light up the room. She enjoyed many things in life such as going for motorcycle rides, tie dying, crafting, barbecuing, attending concerts and doing community work.
More than anything, Debbie loved spending time with those she loved: her family, the kids she took in along the way and many other friends who became family over the years.
Debra leaves behind many loved ones: her longtime life partner, Edward Adren Warner; her siblings, Tina and Will Whitlock, Dan and Susie Robinson, Bill and Stephanie Robinson, and Katie Warner Savaadera; her daughter, Tiffany Loveridge; son, Anthony Lunde; son-in-law, Adam Loveridge; her nieces and nephews, Shelia, Dan, Fletcher, Harley, Andrew, Caleb, Jacob, Valerie, Shannon, Leah, Camila, Emma, Eli, and Ada; her granddaughters, Tyler Loveridge and Samantha Loveridge; her “adopted” children, Krissy Brooks, Seth Sanchez, Brenda Brumme, Nikki and Brigg Largent, Shelby Hutcherson, Marty Hawkins, Samantha Brumme, K.C. Taylor, Joesey Clemmons, Arian Toomer, Elijah Chavez, Vicky Jaurez, Levi Andrews, Chevelle Brumme Johnson and Talon Cook; adopted grandchildren, Amari, Ava Lynn, Revi, Rowan, Jayden, Oakley, Lincoln, Nemiah, Zakiah, Malakai, Kenai, Kiara, Dreydon, Abel, Julianna, Emilia, Isaiah, MartiAnn, Olly, Parker and Kaizer; her best friends, Scott and Diana Martin as well as many other friends and too many to try to name or even count.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Thaxton; mother-in-law, Sue Warner; and best friends, Brenda Faye Brumme, Shelly Ann Barker and Jo Dean Ruiz.
Her celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Roundhouse in Evanston, followed by a candlelight vigil at dusk.
