Dawn Marie Long

Dawn Marie Long passed away on Friday, May 19, at her residence in Evanston. She was born Jan. 8, 1971, in Casper, to Robert Pauly Sr. and Betty Shoemaker.

She grew up in Wyoming and attended high school in Green River and Evanston, graduating from Evanston High School in 1989.

She is survived by her children, Kayla Carpenter and her fiancé Albert Bridge, and Mathew Long, all of Evanston. She is also survived by her parents, Robert Pauly Sr. and Betty Shoemaker; her brothers, Dave Pauly and his wife Kimberly McKie Pauly, and Robert Pauly Jr. and his wife Kamie Pauly.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lou and Hazel Pauly, and Henry Guillen and Betty Forsch.

Dawn worked at Uinta County Human Services as a case manager.

She enjoyed reading books and outdoor activities that included golfing, camping, gardening, and enjoying butterflies.

There will be a remembrance of life for friends and family to be announced at a later date.
