Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
March 26 - April 1, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 127 incidents between the dates of Monday, March 26, and Sunday, April 1. Incidents included two breaking and entering incidents, a citizen dispute, controlled substance use, controlled substance possession, a DUI, driving under suspension, eluding by motor vehicle, harassment, four juvenile problems, kidnapping, a protection order violation, property destruction, a probation/parole violation, prostitution, a prowler (Red Mountain Terrace), reckless endangering, four traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, threatening, four property thefts, four wanted persons and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested eight persons between the dates of March 26 and April 1.
Kevin A. Capra, of Parker, Colorado, was arrested for driving while under the influence and speeding.
Lance R. Collins, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic abuse.
Bradley G. Eyre, of Mountain View, was arrested for reckless endangering.
Edward C. Halsten Jr., of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
Jamie L. Holloway, of Mountain View, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony probation violation.
Robert L. Piercy, of Mountain View, was arrested for a drug court sanction.
Stacy M. Price, of Evanston, was arrested for a child support issue.
Misty M. Senstock, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear in third district court.
