Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Department responded to 122 incidents between Monday, July 17, and Sunday, July 23. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, bodily assault, an assault with a firearm, three alarms, six animal problems, three simple assaults, 10 agency assists, breaking and entering, two citizen disputes, six citizen assists, a civil problem, controlled substance possession, three family fights, three fires, harassment, three livestock problems, a missing person, a protection order violation, probation/parole violation, a prowler, four sex offender registrations, four traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic hazard, four traffic offenses, two incidents of trespassing, unsecure premises, a wanted person and three welfare checks.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested five persons between the dates of July 17 and July 23.

Britnie D. Fausett, of Urie and Mountain View, was arrested for two counts of bond revocation.

Danielle M. Nichols, of Rock Springs, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.

Heather M. Potter, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for breaching the peace.

Patrick T. Yates, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation, for possessing a controlled substance and for battery.

One arrest was redacted by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office.
