As a result, the above-described Petitioners are entitled to a decree of this Court distributing the Decedent’s Real Property to the Petitioners.
Pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205(d) any objections to the Application shall be filed with the court before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after the mailing of this Notice to a recipient, or thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice, whichever occurs first, and if such objection is not so filed, it will be forever barred.

BALLOT PROPOSITIONS:
Ballot Proposition One (1) for Residents of Uinta County
Shall the Board of County Commissioners by and for the County of Uinta, State of Wyoming, be authorized to impose an excise tax for economic development of ½% upon retail sales of tangible personal property, admissions and services made within the county, the purpose of which is for economic development, to be allocated to the county and four municipalities based upon population to manage and invest in economic development projects of their choosing. Economic Development shall be as any project or activity that encourages private sector development of companies that provide higher than average wages, create primary jobs, diversify the economy, and generate tax revenue. If passed, the same proposition shall be submitted at the second General Election after the election at which the proposition was initially approved, i.e., 2026 General Election, and then at the general election held every four (4) years thereafter, until defeated.
I further certify that the date of the General Election is November 5, 2024, and that the judicial, school board and special district board offices and all of the above listed offices except for precinct committeemen and committeewomen and Ballot Proposition One (1) will be elected and the following ballot questions and/or any other ballot questions which may qualify for inclusion shall be decided at the General Election:

First Regular Meeting
May 7th, 2024
The official record of proceedings of the first regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of May was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded and streamed live.
Mayor Williams led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.
Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members, Tim Lynch, Jesse Lind, Evan Perkes, Dave Welling, Mike Sellers and Jen Hegeman.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
