EVANSTON — The ELL (English Language Learner) department for Uinta County School District No. 1 presented to the school board at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
Uinta Meadows and Aspen Elementary ELL teacher Lindsey Bowen said the most important role of an ELL teacher is being an advocate for the students and their families.
