EVANSTON — After the light parade on Thursday, Nov. 30, over 500 men, women and children journeyed to the Uinta County Library to spend a “Night in Whoville.” Greeting guests were the Grinch and a number of Whoville residents including: Cindy Lou Who, the mayor of Whoville, Martha May and Santa Claus.
