EVANSTON — An Evanston man and woman have been charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and multiple counts of possession after being pulled over by law enforcement on Monday, July 18.
According to an affidavit by Evanston Police Department officer Nikoli Knezovich, he noticed a green Honda Civic headed west on Bear River Drive while patrolling in the area. Knezovich followed the vehicle, eventually pulling it over onto the lawn of 179 Andrea Ave.
