Tyler Schwab, founder and president of Libertas International received the highest award a foreigner can receive in Colombia, the Shield of Dipro given by the Colombian police department that works with children. The award was presented to Schwab for his work in assisting survivors of human trafficking to heal and for helping to see the American perpetrators arrested.
