Janice Taylor, formerly of Lyman, passed away December 27, 2022 in Idaho Falls Idaho. Janice was born August 30, 1926, the oldest of three children.
She and her husband, Tom Taylor, moved to Lyman in 1954 as a young couple and lived in Lyman until Tom’s retirement in 1985. Together Janice and Tom raised a family, served as educators in the Lyman school district, and built two homes themselves.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, and son Larry.
She is survived by her two brothers, Paul Jones, and Kim Jones, and by her children Roy Taylor, Camille Klippert, and Bill Taylor.
Her life was rich, with a love for art, music, designing, and adventure. She served many and was loved by many. Her life was a portrait of faith, devotion, and perseverance.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 6, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Monroe 5th Ward Chapel, 140 S Main Street, Monroe, Utah 84754
There will be a viewing before the service from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
