Shelly and Deann Horne celebrated their wedding anniversary on Sunday, March 24, with a traditional spaghetti dinner. Spaghetti became the anniversary meal in the 1960s when it was all they could afford.
They were married in Lone Tree, at Deann’s father’s ranch house. At the time, both were completing degrees at Stevens- Henager College in Salt Lake.
Deann said if the opportunity arose she would say, “yes” again. Shelly said it has been a great start and hopes the marriage will last.
