Sept. 21-24, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 62 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 24. Incidents included an assault, two alarms, three ambulance or medical assists, six animal problems, three agency assists, three citizen assists, domestic violence, DUI and a false fire alarm
Officers also responded to a family problem, hazardous material, an intoxicated person, a juvenile runaway, two juvenile problems, three keep the peace incidents, a message delivered, property destruction, three suspicious incidents, a sex offense, five traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic hazard, two property thefts, trespassing, unsecure premises, vandalism, a wanted person, and two welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested six persons between the dates of Sept. 21 and Sept. 24.
Logan A. McGee, of Evanston, was arrested on a failure to pay warrant.
Joshua A. Perry, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication.
Darren J. Schneider, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.
Christin L. Seymour, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Leslie A. Seymour, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and a traffic violation.
Joseph J. Terech, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
