EVANSTON — The city council met for their regularly scheduled work session on Tuesday, Oct. 10, immediately following a scheduled special meeting, which was reported in the Oct. 18 Herald.
Attending the work session to speak on behalf of Uinta Recycling Center were three members of the center’s board of directors.
