EVANSTON — The agenda for the work session of the city council on Tuesday, April 25, had only the budget to discuss, as the Historic Preservation Commission item that was scheduled on the agenda was canceled. Councilmember Mike Sellers officiated as Mayor Kent Williams was absent.
