EVANSTON — The Utah Avalanche Center, a nonprofit organization and partner of the U.S. Forest Service, sent communication manager Andrew Nassetta to provide an avalanche awareness presentation at a packed Basecamp in Evanston on Thursday, Nov. 16. The program provided entry-level information about avalanches as well as backcountry conditions and usage.
