On Saturday, March 1, at approximately 2:12 p.m., Uinta County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area of Mountain Street in Urie in reference to a deceased individual. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male, later identified as Luke Milam, 41, of Mountain View. Deputies were on scene for several hours investigating the incident, and it is believed to be an isolated incident with no danger to the public. Officials, citing the active investigation, said no further information is available at this time.
