In the early hours of Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, Mark Potter was relieved of all of his pain and illness, when he was called to heaven to be with his family that moved on before him.
Mark was born Jan. 11, 1962, in Logan, Utah, to Charles and LaRue Potter.
Mark grew up farming and learning many skills from his dad, which he used to help many people throughout his life.
Mark met Nancy Olsen in the summer of 1982, and they were married Nov. 12, 1982. Mark and Nancy had two children, Robert and Antoinette (Toni).
Mark loved his grandkids, Wyoming history and helping people.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his brother, Paul; his granddaughter, Charley Marie; and mother-in-law, Linda Olsen.
Mark is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nancy; his children, Robert and Toni; grandchildren Anna, Isaiah, Ryleigh, Brinlee and Shayden; his siblings, Ramona (Jack) Northington, Grant (Lynette) Potter and Daniel (Aaron) and Billie; and father-in-law, Paul Olsen.
A graveside service was held on Monday, Jan. 6, at Evanston City Cemetery.
