Destany Rose was born in 1996 in Evanston, to Jeannie Martin (Moore) and Jason Rose. She passed away on Nov. 11, 2024.
She is survived by her two little girls, her parents, sister, stepfamilies, grandparents and many more family members and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
An open house celebration of life will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, at Depot Square in Evanston.
