Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
September 16-22, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 112 incidents between the dates of Monday, Sept. 16, and Sunday, Sept. 22. Incidents included three ambulance or medical assists, 10 animal problems, 12 agency assists, six citizen assists, controlled substance use, controlled substance possession, domestic violence, a DUI, a fire, lost or found property and four livestock problems.
Other incidents included a residence or vehicle lockout, non-vandalism property damage, property destruction, a probation/parole violation, reckless endangering, four suspicious incidents, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic hazard, a traffic offense, property theft, two wanted persons and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested nine persons between the dates of Sept. 16 and Sept. 22.
Lexie N. Byrne, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear.
Samantha I. Horton, of Bear River, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Teya L. Janway, of Robertson, was arrested for felony probation revocation.
Nathan M. Lonsway, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and reckless endangering.
Calvin J. Pierce, of Evanston, was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol and misdemeanor probation violation.
Jessie L. Schuttemeier, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Vanessa L. Stubbs, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault.
Weston K. Stubbs, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault.
Johnny L. Williams, of Victoria, Texas, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
