I wish to express my appreciation to the people of Uinta County for allowing me to serve and protect them for over 32 years. I have held several positions including, officer, deputy, DARE officer, investigator and patrol sergeant. During these many years, I have had to respond to and handle many tragedies, but during each of these I was amazed at how people were able to persevere.
I hope in some way I have had a positive influence on some and saved further tragedy to others. I retired at the end of February so, sadly, I am no longer patrolling the county I wish you all well. It’s been a privilege and an honor.
Sgt. Kirby D. Lamb
