Scott Charles Bury, 63, of Evanston, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 24, at Evanston Regional Hospital. Scott was born on Nov. 9, 1957, in Hancock, New York, the son of Ronald and Hildegarde Bury. He grew up in Roscoe, New York, and attended school there. After graduation, he went to Wyoming, in 1977, to work. He was a rig welder on many pipelines, in many states and he knew many welders and helpers along the way.
Scott loved the outdoors, hunting, riding his Harley, cooking and, especially, his boxer dogs. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Caroline; stepson, Robert Russell (Jessica); his mother, Hildegarde; sister, Sharon Mootz; brothers Chris, Glenn (Patsy) and Ronnie (Phyllis); nieces, nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Bury.
