Patricia Susan Withrow, 60, of Evanston passed away May 6. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, at St. Paul’s Episcopal church in Evanston on 10th and Sage. The service will be followed by a reception at the church. The Rev. Steve Aaron will officiate the service.
Patricia (Pat) was born in Pontiac, Michigan, to Marguerite (Dolly) and Cleon McVeigh on Oct. 18, 1956. Pat was an office manager at Optique 20-20 of Evanston for about 20 years. In addition, she was a dedicated wife and mother. Pat was a loving grandparent to 13 grandchildren. Pat enjoyed interior decorating and loved spending her free time crocheting, gardening and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Withrow; her five children, Heather Radzay, Thomas Applebee, Daniel Applebee, Lisa Withrow and Nikki Meagher. She is also survived by her brothers, James and Jerry McVeigh of Holly, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dolly and Cleon McVeigh, and by her grandson Chance Ramos.
