EVANSTON — The Uinta County Museum will hold its first Brown Bag Thursday of the year next week. The free history discussion will be held at noon on Thursday, June 1, at the Beeman-Cashin Building at Evanston’s Historic Depot Square.
The topic for the lunch will be “Old Evanston Bars and Related Stories.” Dan Wheeler will lead a discussion about the interesting, often funny and sometimes tragic history of bars in early Evanston.
Soda and water will be provided, but hungry visitors should bring their own lunch. For more information, contact the Uinta County Musuem at (307) 789-8248.
