Kent Wilson passed away the evening of Tuesday, May 12, after a long fight with cancer. Kent was a twin son born to Max and Bonnie Wilson on Aug. 22, 1946.
He was raised in Evanston and graduated from Evanston High School. He attended Casper Junior College in Casper, where he met his first wife, Vicky Babcock. They had one son, Russell.
Ken resided in Laramie for over 40 years and worked in the beverage industry.
On July 4, 1991, Kent married Cheryl Carstens and became a bonus father to their daughter, Jennifer. Kent has many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He is survived by his twin brother, Kay (Pat) Wilson of Evanston; and younger brother, Jack (Jody) Wilson of Green River. He is deeply missed.
There will be a memorial service in Kent’s honor at the Elks Club in Laramie at 11 a.m. on June 26.
