Juanita Deon Houts, 75, died Friday Aug. 26, at her home in Evanston.
She was born in Ogden, Utah, on July 15, 1947 to Angelo and Eleanor Jensen Pantalone. She loved being with her family, cooking, camping, taking photos and helping others. She also enjoyed traveling the world and yard selling.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Debra Pantalone and Karen Curto.
Juanita is survived by her sons, Jeff Houts and Rick Houts; brother, Roger Pantalone; and two grandchildren, Jescinda R. Houts and Bryce J. Houts.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston.
