Evanston police incidents
Sept. 30-Oct. 6, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 155 incidents between the dates of Monday, Sept. 30, and Sunday, Oct. 6. Incidents included two alarms, an assault, two ambulance or medical assists, 25 animal problems, five agency assists, three citizen disputes, five citizen assists, two citizen investigative contacts, two civil problems, counterfeit funds, controlled substance sale/manufacturing, two domestic violence incidents, a DUI, three DWUS incidents, an escape, a fire, a green sticker vehicle, two harassments, two information reports and an intoxicated person.
Officers also responded to two juvenile problems, keeping the peace, lost or found property, a missing person, a noise problem, paraphernalia, three prisoner transports, eight suspicious incidents, a hit and run, six traffic accidents with property damage, two traffic complaints, property theft, vagrancy, eight wanted persons and four welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested 15 persons between the dates of Sept. 30 and Oct. 6.
Mark Allen, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Karlie T. Bradham, of Evanston, was arrested for delivering a controlled substance to a minor and child endangering.
Lindsey C. Conrad, of Mountain View, was arrested for domestic battery.
Rachel Corson, of Evanston, was arrested for battery and property destruction.
Margaret A. Hazel, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.
Joshua D. Herrington, of Rock Springs, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, possessing a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possessing paraphernalia.
Mitchell J. Hutchison, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Clay J. Jensen, Jr., of Layton, Utah, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Joseph O. Johnson, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Michael Q. Johnson, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Jacob G. Kallbacka, of Evanston, was arrested for bond revocation.
Brandon C. Marise, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08% or greater.
Shannon R. Mitchell, of Green River, was arrested for failing to appear.
Paige R. Rhinehart, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, domestic battery and aggravated assault and battery.
Nicole S. Ries, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
