Evanston police incidents
Sept. 24 - Oct. 3, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 195 incidents between the dates of Monday, Sept. 24, and Wednesday, Oct 3. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, an alarm, three assaults, three alarms, 10 ambulance or medical assists, 39 animal problems, four agency assists, five citizen disputes, three citizen assists, two civil problems, two controlled substance possessions, three disorderly conduct incidents, domestic violence, DUI, two DWUS incidents, a family problem, a fire, wire fraud, a fireworks incident, hazardous material, an intoxicated person, four juvenile problems, three keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, a noise problem, two prisoner transports, two protection order violations, two prowlers (Lupine Dr. and Yellow Creek Rd.), robbery, six suspicious incidents, three traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, shoplifting, threatening, property theft, trespassing, vandalism, four wanted persons and eight welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested 18 persons between the dates of Sept. 24 and Oct. 3.
Joshua Balderas, of Evanston, was arrested for assault and battery.
James D. Bisgaard, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater and driving while under suspension.
Alberto Gamboa-Pacheco, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear, identity theft and for an immigration hold.
John L. Godlevsky, of Evanston, was arrested for assault and battery.
Taylor D. Halladay, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and a misdemeanor probation violation.
Christopher Ingram, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Heather E. Maakestad, of Evanston, was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation, possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance.
Aleksa B. Pielech, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault.
Alfonso J. Ramirez, of Evanston, was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Roger T. Romero, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Mackenzie T. Scully, of West Palm Beach, Florida, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance.
Clara T. Siebrecht, of Evanston, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Forrest T. Smith, of Evanston, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Adam C. Stanley, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Hector M. Valerio, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
David J. Walker, of Ogden, Utah, was arrested for public intoxication.
Phyllis V. Warner, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Edward A. Wilke, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and misdemeanor probation violation.
